The residence is part of The BMoCA + Swoon International Artists Residency, a collaborative that provides international artists with the residence/studio space, resources, time, and freedom to realize expansive works of their imagination.The residency fosters the growth of emerging and established artists by encouraging them to take risks, experiment, and explore their creativity. image001 (1)Tim Atkins is the author of many books, including Atkins Collected Petrarch (a Times Literary Supplement and book of the year), Deep Osaka (a photobook), Koto Y Yo (all from Crater Press), On Fathers < On Daughtyrs (Boiler House Press), 25 Sonnets (The Figures), Petrarch (Book Thug), and Horace (O Books). His poems have appeared in many anthologies, including The Penguin Book of the Prose Poem (2018) The Reality Street Book of the Sonnet, and Faber’s The Thunder Mutters (edited by Alice Oswald).

Explore themes of intertextuality, politics, and fatherhood in a reading by London-based poet Dr. Tim Atkins. BMoCA + Swoon is excited to announce Atkins as the 2019 artist in residence for the BMoCA + Swoon International Artist Residency. This residency was established in 2014 to provide international artists with the resources, space, and freedom to realize courageous new works.

An art studio/house for artist, Rebecca DiDomenico,

Swoon is a transformative Art Space where large installation pieces are imagined and created.

A Sustainable rammed earth building exclusively run with geothermal and solar energy designed by Rebecca DiDomenico collaborating with architect and builder Mike Moore from tres birds workshop.
